We started with humble beginnings in 2001, as a manufacturer of customized quality fine jewelries in Meycauayan, Bulacan, the Jewelry Center of the Philippines.

We are not the traditional jewelry store with more than 16 years of expertise.

Our concept is out-of-the-box with focus on collaboration with our clients in executing their own unique ring designs. We aim for 101% client satisfaction

We always say we are not a company that is design-oriented; we are a company that is service-oriented.

Although we provide excellent craftsmanship and superb standards for our rings, we equally focus on delighting our clients with our personalized service which we have become known for.

We do not focus on design making and research that will make our company traditional and non-innovative.

Rather we partner with our clients and allow them to create their own image of their perfect rings which we execute to the last detail for them. CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE. If you can describe it, we can get and make it! Our account executives are dedicated to finding special items for our customers - there's no limit to our resources and dedication. Any design from the internet, magazine, catalog or personal design, we can do it! The design will be executed based on client's preferences and will be handled by our experienced craftsmen and pass through our meticulous quality process.

WE GUARANTEE OUR JEWELRY. We issue a certificate of authenticity for Diamonds. All other materials are covered by lifetime guarantee, but, diamonds are not included- because of the nature of the ring and its normal usage which makes the diamond in the ring prone to loss and damages. However, if you ever lose a stone because of any faulty mounting, we will replace it free! If due to gross negligence on the part of the owner and the jewelry loses its finish, we have a better alternative solution for you...our after-sales services!

AFTER-SALES SERVICES. Yes! our precious jewelry is covered by an amazing after-sales service feature! We give lifetime free labor on resizing, cleaning and plating. For resizing, from original size to bigger, we only charge the cost of additional materials used and at a discounted rate. If from original to smaller, the materials cut from the ring are returned to clients for future use. We also charge at a discounted rate the cost chemical to be used in plating. All the labor cost for the resizing, re-polishing, refinishing, inspecting of mountings, cleaning ang plating are lifetime free!

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT TERMS. Cash, Checks, Bank Deposits, Credit Cards and Layaway, these are the available payment options you can choose from. Terms of payment will also depend on the budget and availability of funds of our clients. And we are always open to negotiation to best serve you. Sounds great, right?!

RIGOROUS QUALITY CONTROL. Our experts carefully inspects each ring during the production process. From the individual stones to mounting to ensure that they meet our meticulous quality standards.

ONE PRICE ANY DESIGN! This unique feature which is exclusive to us enables our clients to choose their designs from the internet, magazine, personal designs and catalog or any other sources the client prefers. Unlimited designs are within your reach! As long as the design chosen is doable manually and suits to your agreed specs. This will eliminate buying on impulse by clients. For pricing of each ring, we base the computation on the sizes, width, thickness, and diamonds if any.

DO IT NOW! We all know that the price of materials (gold, platinum, silver) are fluctuating by the second. This feature will allow our clients to take advantage of the opportunity every time there's a significant decrease on the price of materials in the market (as much as 50% off are often offered). This feature is only available if offered by VGEM jewelry or if the price of materials are significantly lower to affect pricing..

GOLD EXCHANGE. If you have gold from your family heritage like from your grandparents, parents, aunt or uncle and others, now you can exchange your precious gold to us at the current fair market value of gold. The appraised value will be deducted to the final price of your rings.

3. Do you entertain meet-ups?

Yes! For the convenience and comfort of our clients we do meet-ups to provide you with personalized service. Our account executives are more than willing to come and assist you when and where you want our meeting to take place. However, please be informed that meetings at your residence address are discouraged for security purposes.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

1. Do you have a product Catalog

Although, we encourage our clients to find any design inspiration from the internet, magazines, and even personal designs or actual photo references for your special ring designs, we also have a design catalog for design suggestions only. There are more than a hundred designs to choose from, but we strongly encourage couples to have their own design concepts because the wedding is a once in a lifetime event in couples lives. Isn’t it more memorable and special that you designed your own wedding rings which will remain forever around your fingers after you say i do?

2. HOW TO ORDER

1. How can i order?

You can book your order through phone, website, fairs and exhibits, meet-ups, or visiting us by appointment at our sales offices.

2. What are the details needed for ordering?

For us to estimate the price, we need the following specifications:

a. Finger Sizes

b. Preferred Width

c. Preferred Thickness

d. Preferred Diamond/s to be used (if any)

If you don't have any idea regarding the specs please call us now, and our account executives will be glad to assist you.

3. Can I request quotation via email or phone?

We are sorry but we do not make quotations via email or phone. We discourage this setup because we want our service to be personal, and specially fitted to each client. We want to meet our couples personally and discuss with them their concept and the details of their dream wedding rings.

At VGem Jewelry, we believe that a couple’s love story is like nobody else’s, so must the ring too! Every couple’s ring is a masterpiece that deserves special attention. We need to sit down and discuss how we would make your rings an iconic masterpiece of your own symbol of love to represent your own ideas, preference and choice.

3. How long does the production of the rings take?

The production depends on the material to be used. For GOLD, a production period of two to three weeks is estimated. While for PLATINUM, it will take two months production period because of its unavailability in the Philippine market. Special ordering of materials is required.

Also for both, please allow about a week of additional time for quality assurance.

4. Where can we pick our wedding/engagement ring(s)?

You can pick them up in our sales offices in different reputable wedding one-stop-shop in metro Manila.

5. How to make payments

1. What are the payment facilities available?

VGem Jewelry always finds ways to give our clients convenient and efficient access to payments facilities. You may pay via:

a. Through Cash (only main office can accept cash payments)

b. Through Checks (sales staff and main office can accept check payments)

c. Through Credit Cards (this payment facility is made possible through Themes & Motifs)

d. Through Bank Deposits or Bank Transfer

2. What are your terms of payment?

Normally our terms of payment is 50% down payment, and 50% Cash On Delivery. However, because of our aim to provide our clients a more flexible payment option we also accept checks, layaway scheme, inter-branch deposits, and credit cards payments (for down payment only).

3. Do you offer layaway scheme or installment plan?

Yes! We offer layaway scheme. This scheme is best for those soon-to-wed couples who more than adequate time to prepare their wedding. Book your order with us for at least Php 2,000.00 or 10% of the quoted price and your layaway term is up to the last month before your wedding month, with no service charge or interest.

RING SPECIFICATIONS

1. What are the available materials?

The materials to be used will depend on the preference of our clients.

The trend here in the Philippines, with the most in demand materials used are SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM.

When it comes to gold, they can choose from WHITE GOLD, YELLOW GOLD and ROSE GOLD in different karats.

Karats are available in 14K and 18K depending on client’s preference. We also do 8K, 10K, and 12K for the budgeted rings. For Platinum, 900 & 950 are often used depending on client's requirements.

2. Where does your material come from?

Our gold supply is sourced locally because we have so many gold mines in our country. While platinum is sourced abroad because it is not available in our local market. Diamonds are also sourced abroad.

3. How do we decide on the width of our ring?

Width of the rings is usually proportioned to the size of the finger. The bigger the size of the finger the wider the width it requires. The width may also depend on the design on the rings. But still the width to be used should still depend on the preference of the client.

4. How about the thickness?

The standard thickness we do is 1.3mm. This thickness is enough for the rings to be used for a lifetime and wedding rings is for everyday use. Also available in 1.5mm, 2.0mm, up to 2.5mm depending on client’s requirements. We also do in 1.0mm thickness for the budgeted rings.

5. What are the types of finishing you do?

Finishing comes in different types. Common types we do are rough finishing which we often call matte. Another is satin finish and the polished type finished which leave the rings shiny. There are also some different types of finishing such as hammered, sunblast, etc. We do all types of finishing as long as it can be done manually.

6. Do you have warranty on your products?

Yes. We do have warranty on our products. Every jewelry that is manufactured by VGem Jewelry is covered by lifetime limited warranty. Not only on the finishing but also on the standard alloy of the materials we use to give our clients a peace of mind and the satisfaction that they get quality, excellent craftsmanship and the best possible customized wedding rings/engagement rings from their jeweler
